1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the The Flower Cart website and any services or goods purchased from us.

2. Orders and Quotes

All orders are subject to acceptance by The Flower Cart. Quotes for bespoke event work are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. Custom work may require mood boards and approvals before production.

3. Deposits & Payment

Event bookings require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount will be stated on your invoice. Final balances are due as described on your invoice; failure to pay may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be delivered in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations within a short window (e.g. 14 days), additional fees may apply to cover supplier costs and labor already incurred.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are specified on your invoice. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party carriers. For large installations, on-site conditions and venue requirements are the responsibility of the client to disclose in advance.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Flower Cart' liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and text are property of The Flower Cart or licensed to us. Use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website you consent to the collection and use of information as specified in that policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Flower Cart operates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
